did another music only one - i messed around w/ the sound quality and volume of the parts where i speak this time, definitely sounds louder - but now there's an annoying background hiss...
rank amateur stuff but the music parts are good - if you like electronic (which i do)...

This is a good follow up to my attendance at the Paul Van Dyk show at Crobar on Friday night. I've now got electronic music solidly in my brain.
The hiss is some kind of interference. One challenge with plugging components directly into a computer is the background sounds generated by the computer system "noise" and interference from the monitor. I use an Indigo I/O card (Win laptops only) and that greatly reduces noise both in and out of the system.

thanks rob - yeah, check out paulc and davidc - they've got some very good tracks and they're constantly adding new ones...
your traffic is much higher than mine - pls feel free to ping them for your music feed ;)
i didn't have the hiss prior to attempting to boost the volume when capturing my voice - will play w/ it of course - that's part of the fun :)
