Your last line truly sums up the challenge to me. Larger enterprise customers aren't used to that conversation. They've been invited to orate quite often, but rarely get asked to sit at the table and talk.

The "voice of a brand" is a hard thing to find. What would a 15 minute conversation with Coke (the brand) be like? (That phrase was given to me by Steve Hardiman, and I can't take credit for it).

You've clearly found a strong message here.
